SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders will ship Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays. Our regular hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9-5, and we are closed on the weekends.  Orders are processed immediately once checkout is completed and will be shipped within 1-3 days after processing is completed. 

 

APE Lash is not responsible for packages after they are picked up by the courier. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.  Estimate shipping dates are for in-stock items only. We make every effort to keep all our lash items in stock. In the unlikely event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with an option for a full refund, or we can suggest a similar item to accommodate your needs.

 

RETURN POLICY

APE Lash cannot accept the return of products after the packaging has been opened. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have gone to great lengths to make sure the product you are purchasing meets the highest standards of quality. All our products go through rigorous quality inspection before being approved to ship. In the rare instance that a proven defective product has been received, the buyer should notify a team member at APE Lash within seven days of receipt via email (customerservice@apelash.com). If the return is approved, we will contact you directly with return instructions. APE Lash reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product.

 

IN NO EVENT WILL APE LASH OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTLY SOLD BY APE LASH. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS APE LASH FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, PROVIDED THAT THE APE LASH LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
