We  have gone to great lengths to make sure the product you are purchasing meets the highest standards of  quality. All our products go through rigorous quality inspection before being approved to ship.

In the rare  instance that a proven defective product has been received, the buyer should notify a team member at APE  Lash within seven days of receipt via email (customerservice@apelash.com). If the return is approved, we will  contact you directly with return instructions.

APE Lash reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase  price of the defective product.

Processing orders take approximately 1 - 3 business days and will be shipped immediately after processing.  All items purchased will be shipped Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays.
